Canaima with Angel Falls

Canaima is a 30 000 m2 National Park present on UNESCOs World Heritage List. An extraordinary landscape with table top mountains and deep jungles, wide stretched rivers and maybe most of all, with fantastic waterfalls where Angel Falls tops it off being the worlds highest waterfall at 979 meters.  Thanks to the spectacular environments of Canaima many movies have been shot here, among them Jurassic Park. Even though this is one of Venezuelas most famous tourist attractions it is not as exploited as one might think. It is still quite adventurous going here and a great journey mixed with boat trips and trekking.
