Activities

The activities in Choroní are mainly based around the two great natural assets of the area, the Caribbean Sea and the National Park Henri Pittier. Tourism here is not as organized as it is in resorts that attracts herds of foreigners such as Costa Rica, Aruba or Isla Margarita. However that it part of the reason to go here and there is a lot great activities to do such as:

Boat trips
The beaches around Choroní are fantastic and most of them can only be reached by boat. We offer boat trips to Cepe, Valle Seco, Uricao, Chuao and La Ciénega.

Trekking
In the great Henri Pittier, Venezuelas first National Park, we can offer you a wide variety of different treks.

Bird watching

With its 600 species the birding in Henri Pittier National Park is truly world class.

There are quite a few things you can explore by yourself; from  great beaches to interesting excursions in the adjacent area.

In Choroní and within a few hours from here you can also for example enjoy visiting rum producers, going scuba diving or watching great baseball.
