Developing our hotel is an ongoing process that never will end. Everyday small steps are taken to further enhance what has been achieved so far. In doing so the development is continuously fueled by a constant influx of opinions from our guests and from people we would like to be our guests. This is done because we know that our success depends on our guests' experiences and fulfillment of their needs.

"This place made our whole week in Venezuela. Evelyn, the owner, arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport (a great service for those concerned about safety in Caracas). The hotel is maintained extremely well, especially considering the tropical climate. Great, clean, air conditioned rooms. Yummy breakfast. Great location. But most importantly, extremely helpful. Evelyn directed us to great restaurants, beaches, jungle guides, and then set us up with a hotel in Morrocoy. The same taxi driver took us there and then picked us up from there and took us back to the airport in Caracas. It is no exaggeration to say that La Bokaina totally shaped our trip in Venezuela. And it was a great trip!"
